1. Customizing the home screen and menus

  2. Customize the home screen: Select your headset from the list of connected devices. Then, go to the Home Screen section and apply a Custom Home screen template that you can adjust.
  3. Enable Kiosk Mode (restrict access to a single application)
    1. Select your headset from the list of connected devices.
    2. Go to the Home Screen section and apply the Kiosk Mode template.
    3. Select the application to integrate into Kiosk Mode.
    4. Apply the configuration and restart the affected headsets.

If you need to configure multiple headsets, you must first create device groups. You can then modify the home screen or activate Kiosk Mode for all devices in your group.

3. Using the Pico Business Suite

The Pico Business Suite allows you to apply advanced settings and manage multiple headsets simultaneously within a local network environment.

  1. Install the Pico Business Suite: Download the software from Picoxr.com. Install it on a compatible PC or tablet.
  2. Synchronize multiple VR devices: Open the Pico Business Suite and add your headsets in the Device section. If synchronization solutions have been previously set up, you can simultaneously launch content on the headsets from the Synchronization menu.
  3. Configure PC streaming
    1. In the Streaming menu, add content to stream to the headsets (screen sharing or window sharing) and choose the image format (Panorama, 2D Cinema, 3D Mode, etc.).
    2. Click Share to start streaming to the selected headsets.
