How to pair the controllers with the Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise?
To fully enjoy your Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise, pairing the controllers properly with the headset is essential. This ensures smooth and responsive interactions. Follow these steps to pair your controllers successfully.
1. Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure your Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise headset is fully charged and your controllers have working batteries installed.
2. Pairing controllers when no controllers are connected
- Turn on the headset by holding down the power button for a few seconds.
- If no controller is paired, aim with the blue circle in the centre of your view and confirm your actions with the Volume + button.
- Access the controller settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the Library, then navigating to the Interaction section (or click on the image of one of the controllers in the Control Centre at the bottom right of the home screen).
- Select the controller to pair by choosing one of the controllers displayed in the menu. Place the cursor on the ‘Pair’ button and press the trigger to confirm.
- Pair the controller by holding down the Home and Trigger buttons simultaneously for approximately 6 seconds. A diagram will appear on the screen to indicate the location of the buttons to use.
- Finalise the operation by checking that the controller appears as connected in the headset settings menu.
3. Pairing a second controller
- Turn on the headset and access the controller settings by clicking on the Settings icon, then opening the Interaction section.
- Select the unconnected controller by identifying it in the list displayed on the screen. Then click on ‘Pair’.
- Pair the controller by holding down the Pico and Trigger buttons for approximately 6 seconds. A diagram will appear on the screen to guide the user.
- Finalise the operation by checking that the controller appears as connected in the headset settings.
