How do I sync my Pico account with the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

Syncing your Pico account with your headset allows you to access the Pico Store, find your purchased content, and use the online services linked to your profile. The process is similar on the Pro, Enterprise, and Pro Eye models.

1. Make sure you have a Pico account

If you don’t have a Pico account yet:

  1. From a web browser, go to the Pico registration portal and create an account with a valid email address.
  2. Verify your email address via the link sent after registration to activate your account.

2. Turn on your headset and connect it to Wi-Fi

  1. Turn on the headset by holding down the power button.
  2. Open Settings and go to the WLAN section.
  3. Select your network and enter the password to establish an internet connection.

3. Synchronize your Pico account

Synchronization can be done in two ways:

Method A – During initial setup

  1. After connecting to Wi-Fi, the setup wizard will prompt you to log in or create a Pico account.
  2. Enter your Pico credentials to immediately link your account to the headset.

Method B – From the headset menu

  1. Open the headset’s main menu.
  2. Select the Pico logo (often displayed in the sidebar or in the “Account”/‘Profile’ settings).
  3. Choose “Login” and enter your Pico credentials.
  4. Once logged in, your account is synchronized with the headset and you can access your apps, purchases, and associated online services.

4. Check that synchronization is active

After logging in, check that your account is correctly linked:

  • you can access the Pico Store,
  • the apps already linked to your account are displayed,
  • the account settings are available from the home menu.

This synchronization is necessary to take full advantage of the Pico ecosystem and its network features.


To synchronize your Pico account with a Pico Neo 3, you must have a verified Pico account, connect the headset to Wi-Fi, and then log in to that account either during the initial setup or from the main menu. Once this step is complete, the headset is linked to your Pico profile, allowing you to access associated content, purchases, and services.
