What to do if the Meta Quest 3 keeps disconnecting ?

If your Meta Quest 3 disconnects frequently, several simple solutions can help you restore a stable connection. Here are a few steps to follow to fix the issue.

1. Check the Wi-Fi connection

Make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and fast. A weak signal can lead to disconnections. Place your router near your play area or use a Wi-Fi repeater to improve coverage.

2. Restart your headset

A restart can solve many technical issues. To do this, press and hold the power button on your headset until the Power Off option appears, then select Restart.

3. Check Bluetooth settings

If you’re using Bluetooth devices, make sure they are properly connected. You can turn Bluetooth off and on again on both your headset and phone to restore the connection.

4. Update your headset

System updates can fix bugs and improve performance. Go to Settings > Software Update to check if an update is available.

5. Reset network settings
