How do I recharge the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

The Pico Neo 3 can be easily charged using the supplied hardware. Proper charging preserves the battery and ensures optimal use of the headset.

1. Locate the headset’s charging port

The Pico Neo 3 has a USB-C port on the battery module. This port is used for both charging and data transfer.

2. Connect the headset to a power source

  1. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the port on the headset.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into either:
    • The AC adapter supplied with the headset.
    • A powered USB port (computer or compatible charging station).

For faster and more stable charging, we recommend using the official AC adapter.

3. Check the charge status

A status LED indicates the battery level:

  • Solid red: low battery (less than 20%).
  • Solid yellow: battery charging (less than 98%).
  • Solid green: battery fully charged (over 98%).

If no LED lights up, check the connection or leave the headset plugged in for a few minutes before trying again.

4. Charging time and best practices

  • Recharge the headset when the battery is low to prevent it from turning off during use.
  • The headset can be recharged even when it is turned off.
  • Avoid using chargers that are not certified or that deliver an inappropriate power output.

To charge the Pico Neo 3, simply connect the headset to a power source via the USB-C port. The indicator light allows you to monitor the charging status and identify when the battery is full, ensuring peace of mind during use.
