How to reset your Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise to factory settings?

1. Reset via headset settings

  1. Access Settings: From the home screen, select the Quick Settings icon located at the bottom right of the dock. Then click on the Settings icon at the top right.
  2. Navigate to the “About” section: In the left-hand menu, select “About.”
  3. Perform the reset: Scroll down until you find the “Factory Reset” option. Select “Factory Reset” and follow the instructions on the screen to confirm the operation.

This method is recommended when the headset is functioning normally and you can access the settings without difficulty.

2. Reset via "Recovery Mode"

If the headset does not respond or you cannot access the settings, use recovery mode:

  1. Turn off the headset.
  2. Access Recovery Mode:
  3. Press the Power and Volume – buttons simultaneously until the headset restarts. When the PICO logo appears, release the buttons. An Android logo with the message no command should appear.
  4. Press the Power and Volume+ buttons simultaneously again for 1 second and release them. The Android Recovery menu should then appear.
  5. Perform the reset: use the volume buttons to select “Wipe data/factory reset”. Press the Power button to confirm. The factory reset will then begin.

This method is useful when the headset is frozen or unresponsive.
