How do I restart the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

Restarting the Pico Neo 3 can resolve many common issues, such as slowdowns, unresponsive applications, or temporary malfunctions. This simple action is often recommended as a first step, especially in a professional or training context.

1. Restart the headset using the power button

  1. Open the Control Center located at the bottom right of the home screen.
  2. Select the Power icon.
  3. Choose the Restart option.

The headset will turn off and then automatically turn back on.

2. Restart the headset if it is unresponsive

If the headset is frozen or the screen is unresponsive:

  1. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
  2. The headset will force shut down.
  3. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on as normal.

This method forces the system to restart.
