How to view 360° photos on the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

The Pico Neo 3 allows you to display 360° photos for an immersive viewing experience, whether for professional, educational, or demonstration purposes. There are several methods available depending on the source of your content.

1. Transfer 360° photos to the headset

If the photos are not yet on the Pico Neo 3:

  1. Connect the headset to a computer using a USB-C cable.
  2. Allow file transfer from the headset.
  3. Copy the 360° photos to the Pictures or DCIM folder.
  4. Disconnect the headset and open File Manager to view them.

This method is commonly used for professional content or virtual tours.

2. Use the built-in app

If your 360° photos are already stored on the headset:

  1. Open the File Manager app and go to the Images tab.
  2. Select the 360° photo you want to view.

The headset automatically recognizes the format and displays it in immersive mode. For the best experience, make sure the photos are in high resolution to avoid blurring.

3. Use a third-party app

Some apps available on the Business Store (Pico Store) or via professional deployments allow for advanced viewing:

  • 360°-compatible VR media players.
  • Virtual tour or immersive presentation apps.

Once the app is installed, import or open your 360° photos directly from it.

To view 360° photos on the Pico Neo 3, transfer your files from a computer or use a dedicated VR app. As long as the images are in the correct format, the headset automatically displays them in immersive mode for a smooth and efficient experience.
