How to factory reset your Pico G3?

1. Back up your data

2. Reset via settings

- The headset will erase all data and automatically reboot.
3. Hardware reset (if frozen)
If you can’t access settings:
- Power off the headset.
- Hold Volume Up, Power, and the “O” button simultaneously until you see the Android robot and “No command” message.
- Press those buttons again to enter recovery mode.
- Use volume buttons to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset.
- Confirm with the power button or the wide button on the headset.
4. After the reset
- The headset will reboot as if new.
- You’ll need to reconfigure language, Wi-Fi, and your accounts.
