How to enable hand tracking on the Meta Quest 3S

The Meta Quest 3S allows you to enable hand tracking and control the headset using only your hands, without controllers. This intuitive feature uses the headset’s cameras to detect your gestures and hand movements accurately. Here is how to proceed step by step.

1. Enable hand tracking in settings

  1. Press the Meta button on the right controller to open the universal menu.

  3. In the side menu, go to Movement Tracking”.
  4. Select Hand Tracking”.
