1. Register as a developer

To enable developer mode on your Meta Quest 3, the first step is to register as a developer with Meta.

Visit the Meta developer website : On your computer, go to the Meta Developer website at https://developers.meta.com/horizon/.
Log in to your Meta account : Make sure to use the same Meta account that is linked to your headset.
Access “My Apps” : Click on “My Apps” at the top of the page.
