How do I take a screenshot with the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

The Pico Neo 3 allows you to take a screenshot directly from the headset, without any external application. This feature is useful for illustrating content, documenting an application, or saving an image of a VR experience in a professional or educational setting.

1. Take a screenshot

  1. Open the Control Center, located at the bottom right of the home screen.
  2. Select the Screenshot option.
  3. Press the Pico button on the controller to take the screenshot. A visual indicator confirms that it has been taken.

To speed up the process, enable Quick Capture in Settings > General > Quick Capture. Once enabled, you can choose to take a screenshot by pressing the Pico button twice on the headset, left controller, or right controller.

2. Access your screenshots

  1. Open the File Manager app.
  2. Go to the Images section.
  3. Select the image to view it.

Screenshots are automatically saved to the headset’s internal memory.

3. Transfer screenshots to a computer

  1. Connect the Pico Neo 3 to a computer via a USB-C cable.
  2. Allow access to files from the headset.
  3. Copy the images from the folder corresponding to the screenshots.

Screenshots on the Pico Neo 3 can be taken quickly from the headset’s Control Center. Quick capture can be enabled from Settings > General > Quick Capture. This built-in feature makes it easy to save images from a VR experience without complex configuration or additional hardware.
