How to sync your Pico account with the Pico G3?
Linking a Pico account to your headset allows you to access advanced features, purchased apps from the Pico Store, and keep your data secure. Syncing is quick and easy during initial setup or via the headset settings.
1. Create a Pico account if needed
If you don’t already have a Pico account, you can create one:
- Go to the official site account.pico-interactive.com from a web browser.
- Follow the instructions to create an account using a valid email address and a secure password.
- Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link received in your inbox.
2. Log in to your account from the Pico G3
You can link your Pico account to your headset in two ways:
- During initial setup: the headset will prompt you to log in to a Pico account after Wi-Fi connection.
- From the menu: click the Pico logo on the left side of the menu bar to sign in to your account.
3. Verify synchronization
Once logged in, your account is synced with the headset. You will then have access to:
- Your previously purchased apps from the Pico Store.
- Synced settings linked to your user profile.
- Online services such as backups and support from Pico.
