How to wear the Meta Quest 3S with glasses?

The Meta Quest 3S supports glasses use with a provided spacer and an easy adjustment system. This prevents contact with the lenses and ensures comfort during use.

1. Install the included glasses spacer

The Meta Quest 3S comes with a glasses spacer that increases the distance between your glasses and the headset lenses to prevent scratches and improve comfort.

1. Remove the facial interface from the headset.
2. Attach the spacer in the designated area.
3. Reattach the facial interface to the headset.

The spacer fits glasses up to 142 mm wide and 50 mm high.

2. Adjust lens distance from your face

To keep your glasses from touching the headset lenses:

1. Press the buttons on each side of the facial interface.
2. Gently pull the interface forward.
3. Release the buttons once the position is adjusted.

3. Put on and remove the headset carefully

To protect both your glasses and headset:

• Put the headset on by placing it on your forehead first, then lowering it gently.
• Remove it by lifting it upward before sliding it off your face.

4. Use prescription lens inserts if needed

If you use the headset frequently, you can install prescription lens inserts directly on the internal lenses. This allows you to remove your glasses completely and enhance comfort while maintaining clear vision.
