How do I check the available memory on the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

The Pico Neo 3 has internal storage space used for applications, multimedia content, and system data. Checking the available memory regularly allows you to anticipate storage needs, avoid errors when installing new applications, and ensure the headset functions properly, especially in a professional context.

1. Access the headset settings

  1. Open Settings, then go to “General.”
  2. Go to the “About” section and select Total ROM.
  3. The screen displays the total space, used space, and available space.

This information allows you to quickly assess the remaining capacity for installing new applications or transferring files.

2. Identify items that are taking up space

In the storage section, you can view the breakdown of used space, including:

  • Installed applications.
  • Videos and photos (screenshots, 360° videos, recordings).
  • System data.

This allows you to identify content to delete if necessary.

3. Free up space if needed

To free up memory:

  • Uninstall unused apps.
  • Delete unnecessary videos or photos.
  • Transfer files to a computer via USB-C.

To check the available memory on the Pico Neo 3, go to Settings > General > About > Total ROM. This simple action allows you to better manage content, optimize available space, and avoid limitations during everyday use of the headset.
