Where to find the Meta Quest 3S serial number?
The Meta Quest 3S serial number is essential for registration, support, or warranty claims. You can find it on the headset, on the original packaging, in the Meta Horizon app, or via your online account.
1. Check the label on the headset strap
The Meta Quest 3S serial number is printed inside the left side strap of the headset. To locate it:
- Gently hold the left arm of the headset.
- Carefully tilt it upward to view the inside.
- Find the label with a 14-digit number, which is the serial number.
2. Check the original packaging
The serial number is also indicated on the label on the back of the box containing the Meta Quest 3S. This label includes a barcode along with the serial number, which is useful in case the device is lost or stolen.
3. Find the serial number inside the controllers
Each Meta Quest 3S controller also has a label indicating its serial number. To find it, remove the battery cover to access the internal compartment. The label is located just below the battery compartment and contains a series of numbers corresponding to the controller’s serial number.
4. Access information via the Meta Horizon mobile app
You can find the serial number in the Meta Horizon mobile app:
- Open the Meta Horizon app on your smartphone.
- Tap your avatar icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the “Menu” icon in the top right corner.
- Go to “Devices” and select your headset.
- The serial number will be displayed in the headset information.
5. Check your account on the Meta website
By logging into your account on the official Meta website, you can also access the serial number:
- Go to meta.com and log in.
- Go to the “My Devices” section.
- Select your Meta Quest 3S to view its information, including the serial number.
