How do I record my screen using the Vive XR Elite?

The Vive XR Elite lets you record what’s displayed in the headset directly, without needing any external software. This feature is especially useful for capturing a demo, saving a test session, illustrating a tutorial, or sharing an immersive experience with other users.

1. Start a screen recording

1. Open the main menu, then go to Quick Settings or the Capture menu.
2. Select Start Recording.
3. To stop recording your screen, tap Stop Recording.

The video is automatically saved to the headset’s storage.

2. Access your videos

Recordings are stored directly on the headset.

1. Open Settings, then go to the Storage section.
2. Select File Browser, then go to Captures.
3. View your recorded videos and transfer them to a PC if needed.
