What do the different LED lights on the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye) mean?

The Pico Neo 3 has LED lights that quickly indicate the status of the headsets and controllers, particularly in relation to power, charging, and connection. Understanding these signals makes it easier to diagnose any issues with the hardware.

1. LEDs on the headset

The LEDs on the headset provide information about its operation:

  • Solid blue: The headset is turned on with a battery level above 20%.
  • Flashing blue: The headset is turned off.
  • Solid red: The headset is charging and the battery level is below 20%.
  • Flashing red: the headset battery is low (below 20%).
  • Solid yellow: the headset is charging with a battery level below 98%.
  • Solid green: the headset is fully charged (above 98%).
  • LED off: the headset is in standby mode or turned off.

This light appears when the headset is connected to a power source.

2. LEDs on the controllers

The Pico Neo 3 controllers also have indicator lights:

  • Solid blue: software update in progress.
  • Flashing blue : searching for connection.
  • Flashing red and blue : pairing mode in progress.
  • LED off: controller connected or turned off.

The LED indicators on the Pico Neo 3 mainly indicate the battery, charging, and connection status. Yellow indicates charging in progress, green indicates fully charged, red indicates low battery, and blue indicates the headset is turned on or in use. These indicators allow you to quickly check the status of the device before or during use.
