How do I connect the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye) to my Android device or PC?

The Pico Neo 3 can be connected to an Android smartphone or PC to facilitate file transfer and display the headset’s content on other devices.

1. Connecting to an Android device

Pairing the headset with an Android smartphone allows you to manage certain settings and access tracking and sharing features.

  1. Plug the USB-C cable supplied with the headset between the Pico Neo 3 and your Android smartphone.
  2. Access the headset’s internal storage from your smartphone to transfer files.
  3. Copy the desired files (videos, images, APKs, etc.) to the Pico Neo 3 folders.

2. Connecting to a PC

Connecting the Pico Neo 3 to a PC allows you to transfer files, including screenshots and video recordings.

  1. Connect the headset to your PC using a USB-C cable.
  2. Put on the headset and accept the USB connection request that appears on the screen.
  3. In the Developer section, select the “File Transfer” option in the USB Connection section to make the files on the headset accessible on the PC.
  4. Open File Explorer on your PC, then navigate to the available folders.
  5. Copy the necessary files (videos, images, APKs, etc.) by dragging them to a folder on your computer.

The Pico Neo 3 can be connected to a PC or Android device via USB-C for file transfer and application deployment. The choice of method depends on the intended use: maintenance, screen sharing, or immersive use from a computer.
