How do I connect Bluetooth devices to the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye)?

The Pico Neo 3 supports Bluetooth, allowing you to connect certain compatible accessories such as headsets, earphones, or keyboards. This feature is useful for improving audio comfort or adapting the headset to specific professional uses.

1. Access the headset’s Bluetooth settings

  1. Open Settings and go to the “Bluetooth” section.
  2. Enable the Bluetooth option if necessary. The headset will then search for nearby devices.
  3. Put the device you want to connect into pairing mode (usually by holding down a dedicated button for a few seconds).
  4. From the list of detected devices, select the desired device and confirm the pairing.

Once connected, the device will appear as paired in the list. The connection will be saved for future use.

2. Check that everything is working properly

  • Test the sound if you are using Bluetooth headsets or earphones.
  • Check the responsiveness if you are using a compatible keyboard or peripheral device.

If you encounter any problems, try disconnecting and then reconnecting the device.

3. Limitations and compatibility to be aware of

  • Bluetooth is primarily intended for audio accessories and certain simple peripheral devices.
  • Third-party VR controllers are not compatible, even if they use Bluetooth.
  • Compatibility may vary depending on the device and software version.

To connect a Bluetooth device to the Pico Neo 3, enable Bluetooth in the settings, put the device in pairing mode, and select it from the list of detected devices. This feature allows the headset to be adapted to different uses while respecting the compatibility limitations of the Pico system.
