How do I check the charge level of the Pico Neo 3 Enterprise/Pro (Eye) controllers?

The Pico Neo 3 controllers run on AA batteries and do not have a built-in rechargeable battery. However, it is possible to check their estimated battery level directly from the headset interface.

1. Checking the charge level from the headset

  1. Turn on the Pico Neo 3 and make sure the controllers are connected.
  2. Go to the Control Center at the bottom right of the home screen.
  3. Check the visual battery indicator displayed for each controller.

The interface displays an estimate of the charge level so you can plan ahead for battery replacement.

2. Visual indicators on the controllers

The controllers also have an indicator light:

  • Steady light: normal operation.
  • Unstable behavior or dim light: batteries are likely low.

These signals do not give a precise percentage, but allow you to detect a decrease in battery life.

3. Replace the batteries if necessary

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
  2. Replace the AA batteries with new or fully charged batteries (if rechargeable).
  3. Close the compartment and turn the controller back on if necessary.

To check the charge level of the Pico Neo 3 controllers, go to the headset’s Control Center. Since the controllers run on AA batteries, it is recommended that you have spare batteries on hand to avoid any interruptions during use.
